- What size should I order?
On each product page, you can find the size chart in either in the photos or in the description of the product. It's advised to always follow the size chart guidelines, as our suppliers are from different regions and therefore the size labels we know as S, M, L, XL, etc. can vary greatly.
- What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the USA, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, and some regions of Canada. We are planning to expand to the rest of Canada and to the UK by the end of 2023.
- Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order to change or cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order for you.
- What is your return policy?
If you receive the wrong item, or something you have ordered arrived damaged you can return the item for a full refund. Please contact us with your situation and we will be able to help you further.
- Are there any promotions or discounts available?

- What if I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address?
If you notice this has happened, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to assist you before the item has shipped.
- Is there an option for discrete packaging?
All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging at this time. We will continue to provide an option for plain packaging through any updates to our current procedure.
- How will my purchase appear in my statement?
Your purchase will appear as FS APPAREL on your statement to ensure privacy.
